However, we're flexible and can accommodate hybrid models or opt-in arrangements based on your property's needs. You can pass the cost through to residents or include it as an amenity—your choice.

How long does installation take?

Depends on the size of your property, but most installations are completed within 2-4 weeks. We coordinate with your team to minimize disruption.

Is fiber included for all residents?
